What is the JobAccelerator online portal and how does it work?

The JobAccelerator portal has been purpose-built to provide your people with access to quality curated career transition content and interactive tools that they can access in parallel with coach-led workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions.

Available 24/7, our self-service portal allows people to take charge of their journey, consume information and learn flexibly, and book into upcoming workshops and coaching sessions. Access is available via mobile device, tablet or laptop meaning people can engage on-the-go or just-in-time before an important event such as an interview.

Our system has been designed with the user experience in mind and to cater to a wide demographic of individuals across all ages, industries and levels of experience. Our aim is to minimize the overwhelm people feel when facing job loss. Our workshops have been designed by our L&D career transition experts to be highly practical and interactive. Delivered by skillful facilitators, the goal of group learning is to create an engaging environment, where your people are equipped with key knowledge and skills and have the opportunity to connect and learn from others.

We have carefully crafted our workshops to address the key challenges faced by transitioning employees, and regularly update our content to ensure it is contemporary and of the highest quality. All our workshops have accompanying documents and notes that can be downloaded to follow along and to cement learning.

We strategically partner with a hand-picked selection of specialists to provide these services and have procured these partnerships because of their leading approaches and alignment to our vision to support every individual to thrive (in a job they love).
